TL-2000 is a black liquid single-component polymer composition for asphalt maintenance to be applied to the surface of asphalt concrete road in a thin layer by pouring or spraying and subsequent spreading. It extends the life of asphalt pavements by preventing damaging moisture and ultraviolet rays from penetrating the surface.

In addition to its extraordinary advantages as a road maintenance material, TL-2000, its modifications and mixtures based on it can be used to repair pavement cracks and potholes. It can be colored gray, red, or traditionally black to give the pavement a look of a newly built road.

D-Coat/TL2000 can be use for many applications

Base of D-Coat (TL) modification, can give an excellent solution for pothole problems. The material is easy to use, it’s strong and cheap. It is a cold mixture which can seal potholes of any size and can be applied in any type of weather condition. We are using old asphalt and by that prevent ecological problem.

The pothole remains completely intact for a long time. The mix adheres to the surrounding asphalt and becomes unnoticeable in a few days time giving the road surface a continuous look. Pothole patching with this method can be done even when the pothole is water filled. Application is done either manually or automatically, depending on different preferences.

TL-2000 and its cold rubber-like modification TL-R are very effective for sealing various cracks.
If the cracks are narrow (at the most 5 mm wide), sealing is possible by coating the surface with TL-2000.
If the crack width is from 5 mm to 4 cm, the rubber like TL-2000 modification TL-R can be used.

Using TL-R is simple and effective. The material is applied to the crack with a V-shaped squeegee, the application is done cold and no special equipment or preparation is needed.

The protective material HL based on thermoplastic polymers such as polyethylene, etc., is an excellent coating for roofs, concrete and steel structures. It mainly protects the structures from moisture and chemicals occurring in underground and other corrosive water.

HL hardens upon contact with air. The hardening rate depends on ambient temperature and humidity. After hardening the material is absolutely harmless, so it may be used for coating concrete reservoirs intended to store potable water. The HL hydrophobic paint can be made in any color.
